Allereerst hartelijk dank voor uw verblijf. Het spijt ons dat het zwembad in de winter gesloten is, maar dat is normaal in alle urbanisaties tijdens de winter. Niemand gebruikt het, dus zo worden onderhoudskosten vermeden. Wat betreft de fitnessruimte: u had de sleutel samen met de sleutel van de woning. Met vriendelijke groet.
