Wonderful place. Great location, walking distance to a beautiful beach. The condo is comfortable, well decorated, and has everything you need. Gina, the owner, was easy to communicate with. No disappointments. I would rent from this host again!

Family of 6 stayed comfortably! Beds super comfy, extra beach toys/umbrellas were great. Close to one of the pools and beach access. Owner always responded quickly! Cute little condo. We definitely will come back for a visit!

Great beach get away

We had a great time and awesome weather. The beach is only 5 min walking distance away and it is nice to be close to the little shopping plaza as well. The beds were very comfortable and we all got great rest. The carpet situation was a bit strange at times due to the double layers. We love New Smyrna and the Sea Woods community . Hoping to come back soon.

Our Family loves New Smyrna Beach! We live in Orlando and have been fortunate enough to have a beautiful villa to share. So many activities for families to make memories. Our favorite memory this summer was when the kids got to do a week of surf camp, such a fun time. We love to shop and eat on Flagler avenue and Canal street. The Saturday morning farmers market on Saturdays is our favorite local spot. The Sea Woods complex has many winding trails to ride your bike or walk, it's fantastic! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We are a quick walk across the street over to the non drive section of the beach. We have access to the Mathews ave walkway with a dedicated light to cross A1A.
We have a unique one story villa with plenty of parking and a beautiful 50+ acre property to explore. Our 2 bedroom villa offers plenty of space to relax and a beautiful back patio so sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

What makes this property unique

Take advantage of Sea Woods’ amenities, which are some of the best beachside amenities in the town. Hike the naturally landscaped trails on site, play in the community’s three pools (one heated seasonally), play a game of tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, or shuffleboard, keep up with your exercise regimen at the onsite fitness center, and decompress at the sauna at the end of the day. Know that you have many options to choose from when you are a guest here. You’ll enjoy the scenic route when you take the walk to the no-drive New Smyrna Beach, less than 300 yards east of the Sea Wood community.
