I live in the Pool Cottage. ( That is Completely Separate from the Main House - Separate Entrance- You and family will have Complete and Private Access to the Main House-Pool- Pool Area and outdoor living spaces. ) The Pool Cottage has its own Private Entrance that Runs down the side of Garage. Not to Pass Any Private Spaces. - Please reach out for any questions - I am here for you and family to having an Amazing Vacation and Make Great Family Memories.

Family Weekend

This was a lovely home with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, the pool, & the location. The host was friendly & responsive & ready to help make our stay enjoyable. Great vacation property!

Family vacation

There have been changes so pictures not completely accurate. I didn't see a smoke detector. The house was clean. We enjoyed ourselves. I wish we had more time.

Great little getaway!

The house was a great location, easy to get to everything, and felt very safe. It was so nice to have a private pool for the kids and be able to walk to the beach. Jonathan was a great host. Easy to communicate with, had great restaurant suggestions - many within walking distance of the house. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. He lives on property, but we never crossed paths. We would not have even known he was there if it wasn't mentioned in the listing and in his communications with me. A few things others have mentioned: lack of kitchen seating. The kitchen island has 3 stools. There is a large table with seating outside by the pool. An indoor dining table would have been nice, but it was not a deal breaker for us. Also, the plugin fragrance throughout the house was fine, we just unplugged them as needed. Overall great stay, and would definitely book again!

Graduation

Daughters graduation. Family gathered for the weekend to celebrate. Everything is close by. Be aware, you are right next to a loud road but when you are inside you do not notice it. We had enough space for seven, seating was an issue when we were gathering. There is a table outside you can sit at if the weather is nice. The showers were great, everything worked. There were air fresheners everywhere, I just unplugged them while we were there due to astmatics in the family. The beach is very close by! Jonathan checked in with us frequently and was really helpful with restaurants in the area.

Our Daytona 500 week

Had a great time staying here while we visited the space center, Daytona week, and the races. Met Jonathan and we even went to lunch with him. Great guy. He recommended several places to eat and we tried them. They were great as well. I would stay here again.
