Summertime in New Smyrna

Wonderful family beach condo

Beautiful ocean views and large oceanfront balcony. Great apartment with plenty of room for the whole family, located in a quiet area of NSB. Owner was great to work with, and sent detailed info on codes, etc. prior to our check-in. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The owner Dennis was a great communicator. We were told the renovations were behind so we understood. We did have to do some recleaning of the kitchen area to be able to use all kitchenware. Would recommend upgrading the pots & pans. The condo is was a perfect for our stay & would rent again.

Condo was dated. Needs some painting, some towels were stained & frayed. Cabinets & cupboards were messy ie sheets, towels, dishes, pots/pans etc Kitchen pantry didn’t have any shelves. AC filters need changed badly. Garage was nice but a very tight fit. The complex was well taken care of. Gorgeous views. Pool immaculately clean. All in all it was a nice place to stay for 2 weeks.

New Smyrna Beach/Spring Break 2024

Beautiful views and all the accommodations you can think of for a condo facility on the beach. They had a pool, hot tub, workout room and sauna, along with pickleball court and beach access. I loved that it was a gated areas and the no drive section of the beach. I also liked the ability to store beach chairs down by beach access for a few days. The cleanliness of the entire property and the people working to keep it clean on a daily basis were very impressive. I believe his name was Robert, but there wasn’t a day that we didn’t see him meticulously caring for this entire complex. He should be commended for his service! This was one of our favorite places to stay since we have visited New Smyrna beach starting 10 years ago! Dennis was a great host and we loved his condo and everything it had to offer! We sure hope to visit his place again! Thanks for a place to make wonderful memories with our family! New Smyrna Beach has our hearts forever.
