We were uncomfortable in this unit and left early. I would not recommend this unit for seniors: there were multiple raised door jams, raised hearth; the shower floors were slick and no hand grabs; the two sofas were covered with cheap throw ons which we could have lived with except there was no place to read: no lighting, no place for a light; the old-fashioned push in burners on the kitchen stove did not fit (oil in pans listed to one side, cooking difficult) Took us three days to figure out the TV access process (and I am a tech support person with computers.) I think this unit is just a crash pad: eat,drink, crash. We were there to hike and refresh our prior 10 years as snowbirds. Host cordial but unit very disappointing.

Center of downtown

The location is the center of downtown Palm Springs so we could walk to most destinations. Comfortable living area and bedrooms. I would rent again.

2 blocks off the main drag through town. Great restaurants, stores, bistros, etc within a short walk. Nice large place, very nice. Neat and tidy grounds.

Convenient location to downtown Palm Springs

We cycled the Tour de Palm Springs and found this location to be perfect as it is close to the start and convenient to walk to some nice places to eat. Lots of room to store our bikes etc

Great location

Great location for exploring downtown Palm Springs, close to the airport, and easy to get out of town for road trips. The house was ideal for a few days with my wife and parents - two ensuite bedrooms, spacious living room and a suitably appointed kitchen with the basics. Pool access was a bonus.
