LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): This South Litchfield Beach home is just across the street from the beach. There is a new deck and an additional unscreened porch. The family room has been extended. The home is open, airy, bright and cheerful. Cable TV's and WiFi for those rainy days. Listen to the waves from the large screened porch on the front of the house or enjoy a book on the great deck on the back. New spacious bathrooms. Some ocean view from the back deck. Just a short walk to the beach and boat access.
