About this property

Villa Sénéchal

A house in the centre of Guérande a few metres from the medieval city and close to the emblematic salt marshes.
An ideal location to get to the beautiful beaches of La Baule and Pornichet and the wild coast of Le Croisic via the port of Pouliguen. Holidaymakers will be able to enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and a large terrace in the private garden of the house, as well as these 4 bedrooms and a quiet veranda to the south overlooking the pool. Within the property two vehicles can be parked.

The priority for us is to offer a unique experience for holidaymakers or travellers. We offer services such as: bike rental, shopping before the arrival of the holidaymakers, taking care of the cleaning service

Close to the Medieval city on foot, the building which is on the pool side is a Breton school - the buildings are empty during all school holidays and every weekend.
