Enjoy this beautiful vacation home on the water and 8 km from the Mediterranean beaches, in the quiet marina of Aigues-Mortes in the Camargue.

This semi-detached house is located just a few steps from the famous ramparts and the magnificent center of this city of artists with a renowned art of living, where you will find many galleries and gourmet addresses. It offers panoramic views of the docks and boats from its two terraces.

The living rooms are located on the first and second levels, and there is a private garage on the first floor. This lovely vacation rental is brightly decorated with great refinement and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. On the second floor is the pleasant living room and open kitchen. Each of these floors has a panoramic terrace furnished with high quality furniture. The residential complex is characterized by traditional architecture and quality services that can be found along the Rhône Canal in Sète.

The apartment is located less than an hour from the bustling and historic cities of Nîmes, Arles, Avignon and Montpellier. Fall under the spell of the unique Carmague and experience horses, bulls and migratory birds cavorting in the wild expanses and salt marshes of this regional nature park, where water and sun alternate.

Take a detour through Grau-du-Roi, 8 km away, with its pretty fishing port, its shopping streets and its pretty beaches, including that of Espiguette, classified as Grand Site de France. Also, the lighthouse and its swing bridge. To see in Aigues-Mortes: the Tour de Constance, the river port, the saltworks and many wineries where you can taste a sand wine. Also take a canal tour in Aigues-Mortes, a horseback ride or a 4X4 safari in the dunes.
