Charming property with exceptional 180° view
If you're looking for space, peace, nature, and a magnificent, breathtaking view, you'll fall under the spell of this house.
Facing south, with a surface area of approximately 210 m², it offers spacious accommodations and all the expected comforts.
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall
- A toilet
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room (40 m²) with three large bay windows, overlooking a terrace of approximately 140 m² and the swimming pool
- A large, welcoming living room of approximately 60 m²
- A laundry room equipped with a sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron
- An office equipped with a 140 m² sofa bed
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (10 m²): 140 cm double bed, garden view
- Bedroom 2 (20 m²): 3 single beds (90 cm), or 1 double bed (180 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm)
- 1 modern bathroom (walk-in shower) shared by the first two bedrooms
- 1 toilet
- Bedroom 3 (15 m²): 1 bed (160 cm) and a modern, private bathroom (shower). Garden and pool view.
From the terrace, which overlooks a fenced plot of approximately 1.5 hectares with a small pond where deer like to quench their thirst, you can enjoy a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Causses du Quercy, and witness a magnificent sunset every evening in good weather.
The terrace (stone tiles) is equipped with a teak table and chairs, as well as four teak lounge chairs. Barbecue/Plancha
The infinity pool (13m x 6m) is heated in June, July, and August; it offers magnificent views of the Causses du Quercy.
