Desert Oasis - Pools, Tennis, Golf, Pets & Kids

Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and tucked away amid dramatic mountain ranges, THE FALLS offers a tranquil getaway to a desert oasis. Early birds will love the spectacular sunrises from the breakfast patio, it is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee and marvel at the amazing scenery. The larger patio which faces the expansive golf course is a lovely place for drinks and games and catching the sunset over the mountains.

**Please Note September 2024 we are doing a small renovation. New wood flooring throughout, new windows/sliding door, new fireplace tiling. New photos to come shortly!**

The living room has a comfy sectional couch large enough for friends and family to lounge and watch a movie on the 60" tv or cuddle up and read by the fireplace. Inside entertainment includes cable, internet, Netflix, a range of books and lots of games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. Meals are best when shared together and everyone can fit around the dining table and we offer a high chair for little ones. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses and select spices. Don't forget to check out our coffee bar with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa & tea.

Each bedroom has a cozy bed, flat screen television and plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack your things and really make you feel at home. Our Desert Rose bedroom also offers a lovely desk perfect for anyone working remotely. The Zen Oasis bedroom has a pack n' play as well as a mattress for little ones bedtime.

Gated Community amenities include 25 heated pools and spas (one just steps from the front door), tennis and pickleball courts, full gym, pay to play golf (SCPGA listed Desert Falls Country Club as top 10 courses of "Best Places to Play") and a vibrant clubhouse.

Very nice accommodation!

We enjoyed staying here at Desert Falls. The suite was just tight for our needs, and is conveniently located to all services in Palm Desert. Nice mountain views too!

Our stay at the Desert Oaks was very enjoyable . The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony overlooks the 13th hole of the golf course and faces west for some amazing sunsets. The pool is a quick two minute walk from the unit. Desert Falls Country Club is a very playable course for golfers of all skill levels. Desert Falls is a secure, friendly community centrally located with 24 hour security. The gym is very well equipped. Our host Fiona could not have been nicer and responded to various questions during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great place for tennis

Host was very friendly and helpful. Very spacious master suite, with plenty of closet space. Lovely views from both sides of the unit. We were able to play tennis every day at the courts on-site.

Great long weekend getaway

My parents and I had a great time at Fiona’s condo. Everything was exactly as described and the location was close to shops and restaurants. Fiona was very responsive to any question we had. Our one comment would be that the pools were not filtered well (some didn’t seem to be at all) and were extremely dirty. We would definitely return to this property for another stay and hope to do so soon!

Great desert getaway

We stayed here over Spring Break and will definitely rent this space on our next trip to the desert. Fiona is very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The check in and out are flawless. We enjoyed the location of the condo, especially being right across from the pool. The pool was like our own. Close to zoo, hiking, shopping and food. We enjoyed our favorite hiking spot. We visit the desert a couple times throughout the year and usually stay at a resort. After finding Fionas condo we will be return here instead. The condo had everything we needed and it was just as described. We brought our dog Penny and she enjoyed sitting on the balcony with us in the mornings for our coffee and evenings with our wine.

Tennis trip with teens

My sister and I took our teen daughters to the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. We enjoyed playing tennis in the morning before heading over to the tournament. The condo is decorated really cute and was admired by our girls. They loved all the desert vibes. They really enjoyed the games provided. It was a short drive to Indian Wells, and a quiet place to rest and be together. The owner was very responsive to our questions and made our trip very smooth. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Why they chose this property

Palm Desert is the perfect getaway. The weather, the pace of the city and the desert views are just so relaxing. We love this property because we can drive in from LA on a Friday night and spend the weekend lounging by the pool or walking around the golf course or playing a few games of tennis. By Sunday morning, we are completely recharged and at peace. This place really is a Desert Oasis.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you get to the entrance gate, you feel like you're on a vacation which is why we chose this property. The quiet community with its immaculate manicured lawns and desert landscape is gorgeous. There are twenty-five heated pools and spas around the property which allows you to feel like it's your own private pool. The clubhouse, fitness facility and tennis/pickleball courts make you feel like you're in a resort and never have to leave. The views from our place are the absolute best. Waking up to beautiful sunrises over the mountains and sipping our coffee on the small patio is our favorite morning activity. The views from the primary bedroom and large patio are spectacular. The calming green golf course and framed by the mountain range is picture-perfect. We love our desert vacation home and hope you do too!
