This well-appointed, two storey home is located 300m from the beautiful One Mile Beach and the adventurous Burgess Beach. The rear of the property backs onto a temperate rainforest, creating a wonderful green sense of privacy. The backyard is fully fenced, so we welcome your four-legged, hairy friends. This spacious and sun-filled home is ideal for larger families and groups.

THE SPACE

* 5 bedrooms - UPSTAIRS - Bedroom 1 (King size bed) Bedroom 2 (double bed ) bedroom 3 (King size bed). DOWNSTAIRS - Bedroom 4 (Two single beds) Bedroom 5 (King size bed)
* Two common spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs so that the kids can watch a movie downstairs while the adults relax upstairs!
* Fully equipped kitchen upstairs with all the cooking essentials you will need and a kitchenette​ downstairs. Allows for space separation for two groups or two families to enjoy comfortably
* Wi-fi
* Three TVs
* BBQ
* Three decks for relaxing and entertaining. The upper deck is enclosed with insect screens so its perfect for a summer BBQ or two.
* Outdoor shower
* Fully fenced yard for your dog
* Pets are allowed inside, but not on beds
* The king size beds can also be separated into two singles if needed
* Two beaches 300m away
* Close to shops, cafes​ and supermarkets.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

OUR BEDS

We have 3 king beds, which can be split into 2 singles. This requires the beds to be remade with different base components and doonas and then put back to king format at the end of your stay. To cover this cost we charge $40 per king bed.

BED LINEN & BATH TOWELS

We are trying to keep the booking price down for our guests, so bed linen and towels are not included in the fee, though bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are.

There are three linen options at Lanterns:
1. Bring your own
2. Hire your own
3. Full linen service provided by Lanterns

If you don't wish to bring your own linen and towels, bed linen and towels can be hired from a local, commercial grade linen hire service Kleensweep. They will drop-off​ and pick up as part of the service.
