With an area of 85 m², this charming house combines comfort, practicality and modernity. It is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 6 people, while offering quick access to amenities and iconic locations in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Warm living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi for your relaxation moments.

One double room (140x190 bed).

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
