Perfect location

We had a great family stay at Slo Mocean. House had everything we needed for 8 adults and 4 children. Be aware, though, that during Spring Break weeks lots of noise from teens walking and driving back and forth in front of house on 30A.

Grand Vacation in Slow Mocean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our Slow Mocean vacation to the max! From the layout of the home, to the location to the beach and Town Square and of course the Florida sunshine. We highly recommend this property, very nice home with quick responses from Homeowners Collection during our stay. Only negative is when we went to book the same week next year it was already booked. Feel we should have the opportunity to book, 12 months out is reasonable, not 18.

Exceptional Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Seaside for 13 years and this was our favorite house by far. Everything was perfect. The location is wonderful, the quality of the home couldn't be better and we loved the layout. We had more than enough room for our group of 10. My sister and I have just lost our dad and we took our families on Spring Break together to find some peace. Thank you for sharing this home with us to do so. We will be back!

Great location, very clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time enjoying this beautiful home that was in a great location. It was very clean. My only complaint was that the owners took all the looks off bedroom doors and some bathroom doors. It’s nice to have some privacy. I did message property mger next morning but had to ask again 24 hrs later but was told the owners don’t want locks on the doors. If you don’t mind interior doors that don’t lock, you will love it here.

Seaside Slomocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GreatOnly problem was teenagers roaming at night and yelling right in front of the house. This went on for what seemed like hours. Only on Friday night did we see security to move along. Additionally bicycles are a on the walking path are not careful and ride much too fast.Traffic! As usual.

Almost Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay and had a wonderful time. I do think for the price of the rental the management company should provide enough towels, trash bags, etc for the size of the group staying at the home. We kept going to the store to purchase basic items for the home which shouldn't have been necessary. Management company also acted frustrated when we needed assistance with access to the home. Temporary codes provided did not work. Other than that, house was great!

Great house and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Slomocean was the perfect house for our family of 8 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The living spaces on two floors plus the upper deck allowed for multiple gathering spaces and room to spread out. The large dining table is wonderful for family style dinners and we loved the ice maker for beach coolers. The house is beautiful and in good condition. TVs in every room, but they are difficult. The best feature of the house is the location. Steps from the beach and also the the town center. The view from the upper deck is breathtaking. Noisier than a house deeper in the neighborhood, but worth it to be so convenient to the reasons we come to Seaside.

Slo Mocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Seaside! It would be helpful if the large homes came with beach towels to use (not to keep/own) along with bath towels. 2/bedroom would be perfect. We travel by plane and end up having to buy beach towels and leave them. Also, please provide laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent for the full rental period, not just a few days worth. Thank-you!
