Central location in Fishtown

Our second stay at Pearl Street. Great location. Around the block from Fishtown. Easy walk to Lake Michigan beaches for sunsets and rock hounding. A short walk from Nedow’s Beach on Lake Leelanau. Launched paddle boards a block away at the boat launch on the Carp River to easily explore out to Lake Leelanau. Beds are superb. Bathrooms and kitchen are functional but need updating…but rumor is that “major updates” are pending this Fall. There is a lawn outside with a fire pit but a patio or deck would be a great addition. All in all, the best VRBO value in Leland. Would love to visit again.

Great house in excellent location

We had 3 couples and 1 single adult (who is a good sport and doesn’t mind sleeping in a bunk bed). Really good space for relaxing indoors and out, dining room and kitchen accommodated us well, too. Loved being around the corner from downtown!
