Located in Les Arcs-sur-Argens, Villa Coco offers accommodation with a private swimming pool overlooking the garden, a terrace and free private parking.



This air-conditioned villa includes:



- 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 bunk beds to accommodate 10 people : 

     - 2 small bunk beds 90×190 cm

     - 3 double beds 140×190 cm

     - 1 double bed 160x190 cm

- A living room with a flat-screen TV

- A fully equipped kitchen

- Two bathrooms

- Outdoor swimming pool of large size (8 × 4 m), UV-treated, equipped with sun loungers.

A travel crib is available for babies.



On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.



Linen and pool towels are not provided (only tea towels and bath mats).

A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
