In the heart of a beautiful garden and fenced with parking for 2 cars, this villa comprises:
- 2 independent living rooms, TV, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), fully equipped kitchen, laundry and storeroom
- Pool with pool house and outdoor shower, BBQ, petanque and ping-pong table
- Multiple terraces
Located 10 minutes walk from the beach (Club nautique) and the port of Issambres from where you can take the shuttles to St Tropez
Close to downtown San Peire with its beautiful beach and its many shops and restaurants
The obligatory cleaning fee of 200 € and the optional "Linen" (Bed, Toilet and Kitchen) of 25 € / room are to be paid upon arrival.
TERMS
The deposit will be returned within 15 days of your departure.
The number of persons indicated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded in any case.
Animals strictly forbidden
Water & Electricity consumptions included excepted the recharging of electric car batteries which which will be billed at the end of the stay
