Welcome to Island Cove Townhouses! Newly built, spacious and beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 levels, luxury townhouse with garage. The community is located next to the bay in prime downtown location, 2 blocks from the beach and Ocean City's famous Boardwalk. This water front community offers not only boat docks, but also a private pier and community outdoor pool. Along with all the modern amenities, this south facing unit offers water views of BOTH the bay and the ocean.

The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to the 1st bedroom with a queen bed with pullout twin trundle - sleep 3, and an attached full bath.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and quartz counter top; a half bath and a living room with high-end furniture including a sofa beds (sleep 2) to accommodate the whole family.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 very spacious bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full-on-full bunk beds with a pullout twin trundle, sleep up to 9. The master bedroom has a king bed, sleep 2. Each bedroom has its own attached full bath.

Our unit is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, 2-cars parking garage, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., game console system, books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!

Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway; come stay at one of our BEACH PARADISES and let it be your HOME AWAY from home!

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories, and sand toys (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

***Grilling is not permitted in the unit and community per OCMD fire code

***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed.

***For high school seniors ONLY: Additional $1,000 refundable damage deposit along with prior approval from homeowner are required prior to booking.

***We provide an adequate supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll), limited supply of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash bags, dishwasher, and laundry detergent.

Overpriced for off season
Overall, I would rate this stay a 7 out of 10. Would have rated it higher if I didn’t have problems with the owners from the beginning. This was an expensive stay for an off season beach stay and they DON’T include linens Really OVERPRICED for off season, after booking I found equivalent places at much lower rates that did include linens. Yes you read correctly… THEY DON’T INCLUDE LINENS! Linens are an additional cost to the owners directly. I thought this was not allowed but VRBO said it is. After several messages and calls where VRBO had to mediate the owners slightly discounted the cost of the linen but it was a painful process and poor communication. While the place is nicely decorated and clean the bed on 1st floor is hard as a rock and the pillows are all flat. The walls are so thin that we could hear the conversations from the neighbors. The heat is difficult to regulate, the third floor gets hot while the first floor is freezing so we just kept it off and used the space heaters the owners have in the closet. The essentials are generously stocked like toilet paper, trash bags and hand soap. Having the attached garage is very convenient, but we wish there was a remote rather than having to open it on the keypad. Really didn’t like how thin the wall were though, the house next door had a chirping smoke detector and despite messaging the owners the neighbors didn’t change the battery and it was so annoying.

Stayed here with a group for a cheer competition in March. House was beautiful and in great condition. Very comfortable for our group of 8 with plenty of space to cook/eat/hangout. Host was very friendly and incredibly responsive to my questions. Everyone in the group was very happy with the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OC.
