Located on the 1st floor (no lift), this 110 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has a private parking space. It comprises a large living room with a view of the port, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, three good-sized bedrooms, two shower rooms with WC, Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included. It comprises
- A very large living room of 50 m² with lounge, dining room. This room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows with sea views.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with two bunk beds (90x200), adjoining bedroom 3 (you go through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3).
- Bedroom 3, with 1 king-size bed (180x200), private shower room with heated towel rail, wc.
- Shower room with heated towel rail and wc.
For even greater comfort, you will have access to the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave oven and a cot (we can install a cot for babies on request when you book). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you would like one.)
The accommodation is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- Take advantage of the good addresses on the port de la Houle to sample oysters and other seafood and fish.
- The flat is an ideal base for trips to St Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel and the Côte Sauvage with its beautiful sandy beaches.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park, if you come with several cars, you will find paying car parks on the port or a free car park (60 spaces) located on Bd Thiers, a 2-minute walk away.
