Le clos de la Roche Angevin - Proche plage du Verger

We propose to you to the rent, in Cancale, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One double bedroom, queen-size bed (160×200), with private shower room, washbasin, shower, WC, towel dryer.
- One double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, towel rail
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Mezzanine lounge with TV area
- Double bedroom with double bed (140x200)
- WC with washbasin

Outside:
The garden is private and includes a terrace with garden furniture, as well as a table and 6 chairs for outdoor meals.

The house is ideally located in Cancale, in very pleasant surroundings, just a 5-minute walk from the superb Verger beach.

A 5-minute drive will take you to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the town of Cancale (Sunday mornings). The Port de la Houle, famous for its oysters, is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house (possibility of parking 6 vehicles)
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo at about 20 minutes by car (15 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique at about 2h11 by car (192km)

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are forbidden

Perfect family vacation near beach
Fantastic two weeks here, communication from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Property was brilliant for family, plenty of room and large garden for children to play in, walking distance to a beautiful beach, which we walked to most days. Good location for visiting Brittany general, near to a supermaerket and the beautiful seaside village of Cancale with its restaurants and seafood only five minutes drive away. Would not hesitate to recomend this property
