Perfect for those wishing to stay just steps away from luxury boutiques, restaurants, and trendy spots, it perfectly combines comfort and convenience.
Recently renovated and filled with natural light, this elegant space offers everything you need for a truly enjoyable stay.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

Cannes Film Festival week 2

We we're happy to find this property and location during the Cannes film festival. It looked good sized, modern and with the basic conveniences our busy schedule would require. The property was indeed convenient and a good value in the period. Paying was not standard (VIA VRBO) so it took a few days to confirm which was unusual. We asked about a washing machine and told it wasn't supplied but there was in fact one there along with soap pods. The closets we're sufficient but the bedding & supplies we're in there while there was an empty storage in the bathroom. Pillows we're not the best while the bed was comfortable. The wifi network in the property didn't match the directions supplied but we're available via text with the manager some coffee cups we're cracked. These and the falling soap dish in the toilet are the only reasons we would not assign a 5 star rating. We would stay again!

Excellent emplacement et appartement très agréable situé au premier étage dans une rue très calme. Possibilité de réserver un stationnement au parking du Gray d’Albion juste au bout de la rue . Si vous êtes en couple ou à plusieurs occupants pensez à réclamer un 2e trousseau des clés . Les Check in et out été assurés sur place par l’agence qui se trouve à seulement 5 mn à pied . Je recommande .

Effectivement, la proximité du parking du Gray d’Albion est un vrai plus pour le stationnement. Merci également pour votre remarque concernant le second trousseau de clés, c’est un point très utile pour les futurs voyageurs, nous allons le mettre davantage en avant.
