The vacation home is located close to the Aflsuitdijk. It is large and has 3 bedrooms. From the living room and balcony you have a soothing view of the greenery. Behind the apartment you can also look from the garden also on this beautiful piece of the Netherlands. The accommodation is located 1 km from the Waddenzee and 3 kilometers from Lake Ijsselmeer, making it an ideal place for water sports enthusiasts. Den Oever itself is known for its fish market. Every weekend you can buy fresh fish there. The surrounding area is also perfect for cycling and walking. The seal forest is ideal for this.

If you want to stroll or visit cities, there are enough recommendations in the area. On the same side of the dike lies, for example, Den Helder. Den Helder is mainly known for the Dutch Navy. Visit the facility for free in July, when there is often an open day. The city itself is of course also suitable for shopping. If you cross the dike (by car or bicycle, the dike is about 32 km long), Sneek is recommended. Sneek has several older buildings, the water tower is the oldest. In August there is the 'Sneek Week', a big event that lasts a week, with music and many water activities. The city also has many restaurants with sitting gardens near the water.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Das Haus war sauber und schön gelegen. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) hatten eine gute Zeit. Einziges kleines Manko war, dass im Haus die Grundausrüstung zum Kochen für 5 Personen nicht vorhanden war. Es sind nur kleine Töpfe und eine kleine Pfanne vorhanden. Außerdem keine Gewürze etc. Auch kein Grill was bei eigenem Garten echt schön gewesen wäre. Ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben und gut. Der Einkaufsmarkt ist gerade mal 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und Den Oever selbst etwa 15 min. In der Anlage waren verhältnismäßig wenig Kinder und trotz offensichtlicher Arbeiten viel Ruhe.

Sehr ruhige Lage , zurzeit wird in der Anlage gebaut, daher kein schönes Bild . Aber trotzdem

Trotz das in der Anlage gearbeitet, gebaut wird , war es ruhig. Daher leider kein schöner Anblick in der Anlage, Baustelle halt . Schöne spaziereege auch bis zum Strand ! In der Nähe war einkaufsladen und eine Tankstelle was alles zu Fuß auch erreichbar war/ist .

Lage okay, Ausstattung naja

Wir fanden die Ausstattung für den bezahlten Preis recht lieblos - keine benutzbaren Handtuchhaken im Bad, kaum Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten in Schränken, keine Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel, kein ordentlicher Wäscheständer usw. In einem der Schlafzimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch (Feuchtigkeit?).
