Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Den Oever, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: children's playground (swing, sandbox), parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km.
