Ground floor: - living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, - open kitchen (electric and gas hob, mini-oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), Upstairs: - shower room with toilet, - 1 small closed bedroom/office (1 single bed 90x200 cm), - 1 large open bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds 90x190cm). Baby equipment on request Outdoors: Unfenced garden, terrace and garden furniture. Near Rouen and the Seine Loops Regional Natural Park with its magnificent landscapes, forests and architectural wealth (abbeys, etc.). Come and relax in this pretty and comfortable, bright cottage with careful decoration. Shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store) are 900m away. This cottage is adjoining the G5118 cottage (4 people) and has a garden and a separate entrance with private parking Small pets allowed on request. Gîte for 3 people in the Seine Valley, near Rouen.
