Welcome to Sandy Point, the point where you get to enjoy the sand of your private association beach while watching the kids play in the Bay.

You will love this 4 bedroom, renovated home that feels brand new inside. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath along with the kitchen and dining area. There is also a large deck for dining. Downstairs is one more bedroom, 1/2 bath, and outdoor shower along with a large living room and laundry room.

The owners have really gone above and beyond to appeal to the families who want a NICE vacation home in a FABULOUS location. They have had the home completely painted, replaced all the floors, updated the bathrooms, installed a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and appliances, added new beds, bedding, and furniture, and supplied new dishes, pots, pans, and decor!

Want to walk to the beach barefoot? Forget something or want lunch? No problem, your only 5 min. walk back to the house. You're on vacation, and it doesn't get much better than this! Welcome home, you'll be happy here.

Fantastic vacation! Beautiful spot! We had very hot weather so air conditioning option in every room appreciated. The house was very clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The deck is large and a wonderful outside space. The walk to the beach is easy thanks to a cart provided and the beach is beautiful. Mallary is great to work with, she answered all email questions very quickly. This is a great rental !!!!!!!

Great place and location

Very nice place and great location on the cape. The private beach down the path was really nice. There was plenty of room for the six of us that were there.

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house is charming, in a great location and had everything we needed. Loved walking to the bay every day and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit at night. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place

This property was very clean and perfect for our friends reunion. It had everything we needed, very close to the beach, and great communication with Brianna. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family friendly house close to the water

We had a great time at this newly renovated house that was walking distance to the Bay, and close to many other activities. We'd stay here again!
