Come experience the best of Cape Cod in this centrally located house! We take pride in managing this property ourselves so that we can offer you more amenities and a reasonable rate for families! Five minutes or less to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails, downtown Chatham shopping, and more. A great place to relax. Close to all the best beaches and shopping. Perfect for families or just a long getaway weekend. This spacious house is located in a quiet neighborhood. All rooms are bright and clean. Kitchen (remodeled in November 2022) has dishwasher; stove/oven; microwave; 4-slice toaster; coffee maker (and filters); abundant cabinet space; and is fully equipped for cooking/baking/grilling, including everything needed for lobster-fest. Living room (updated in November 2022) has abundant seating for everyone with two reclining sofas, a reclining arm chair, and a wing-back chair along with a 50-inch flat screen TV. Finished basement has a theater room with a 75" TV, and game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Large, private back yard with large deck, gas grill, outdoor games, and easy access to outside shower on deck. Two bedrooms have queen beds, third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Primary bathroom has a full-size step-in shower, and secondary bathroom has Jack-n-Jill sinks and full-size bathtub/shower. Portable crib, Graco pack-n-play, high chair, and child-friendly dishware all provided. Four beach chairs and towels provided, along with beach umbrella and beach toys in an easy to carry beach tote. Meticulously maintained by owners, and equipped with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, all linens, toilet paper, tissues, and basic cleaning supplies.
No groups made up entirely under the age of 25 are allowed.
This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
This property has two outward facing security cameras, one at the front door facing the driveway/street and one at the garage side of the house facing the garage.

It was a five star experience in every regard! Flawless! The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil and pan. The medicine cabinet had all sorts of sprays for sunburn, Band-Aids, bandages, etc.. Linens and towels were supplied. The entire property was extremely well-maintained. We will return.

This is our 3rd year booking this rental. We love the house, and the location is great. The house is beyond clean with tons of beach stuff to use. The renter is great, friendly and has great communication. The hkuse is perfect in every way. We already cant wait until next year.

Family Vacation

We loved this unit! The house was the most well stocked rental we have ever visited. The owner was very communicative. We enjoyed the theater room and all of the games and sports equipment. We hope to return to Cape Cod and definitely stay in this home again.

Clean, bright, comfortable

We were a party of six with two little ones. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Great outdoor shower. Close to shopping and beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean with amenities and location

We had a relaxing time at the house. Lots of games to play, bikes to ride and comfortable couches to sit on. The game room and media/bar area were great add ons to the spacious 1st floor. The house was spotless upon arrival. Location is very close to the water and Chatham. Outdoor shower was working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

family friendly home

Owners are extremely responsive and friendly if needed and house is very well stocked with everything a family needs! Clean outdoor shower was used by all including 4 year old! Plenty of towels, soaps, pillows, etc. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are very clean and updated . Enough space for everyone. Would stay here again and all family members agreed. Only very minor thing for me is that this Harwich neighborhood does not have sidewalks (or wider streets) everywhere so i could not do walk easily from the house - had to drive and then walk.

WONDERFUL

My husband, 2 sons and I stayed at this wonderful home in Harwich for the 3rd time this summer. We have been spending 1 week each summer on Cape Cod for the past 8 years, switching VRBO's almost every year, until we found this one. Since finding this home 3 years ago, we have not wanted to stay anywhere else! The best part of this home is the game room and the theater room in the basement! As a family with 2 boys, this has provided us with hours of fun family time and in home entertainment for the boys which has been amazing. This home is also the perfect location on the Cape, it is always very clean and my kids loved the new comfy couches in the living room. I 100% recommend this VRBO!

Clean cape cod location

I booked this property for a wedding we were attending at the Wychmere Beach Club. We drove 10 hours to attend with 2 littles in tow and you can understand that can be a challenge in itself. I was so grateful for this property owner who allowed us to check in much earlier when I asked. It was such a life saver considering we were traveling most of the weekday. We arrived and checked in without an hiccups as the communication was super clear. When walking through the house we did notice some things that could be hazardous to little ones like the tv wires hanging down from the wall and doors that can be pushed locked from the inside so they can lock themselves in. There was no keys for the doors and the paper clips didn’t work but luckily the property owner did make me aware that she did have door holders that could keep the littles out of the certain rooms or could prevent them from locking themselves in. Note there is only 2 incase you did need additional. Also the end tables having a ton of little pieces and being able to open creates hazards for choking and fingers being pinched. Overall the house was super clean and spacious. There are basics stocked which made the trip a lot easier. The kids room had games and books which helped a ton during the rainy days. I would say that there are some updates needed like the back door frame that is cracked, the bunk beds are a little worn, and guest bed moves tremendously.

This property was exactly as described. We loved everything about it. Incredibly well furnished with lots of separate comfortable spaces for hanging out together and separately. Specifically, the basement game room/movie theater was incredible. We've stayed at lots of rental properties on the Cape and around the world. This was simply the best supplied house we've seen. Thoughtful and generous. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

This is our 4th year staying here. It feels like coming home. The house is clean and filled with everything we need. We love the game room in the basement and all of the lawn games in the shed. The hosts are amazing. We’ll be back next year!

Choosing this house officially made me a hero. As soon as we arrived, the kids forgot the long, heavy-traffic trip and were delighted. Our 3-generation group of 8 loved having comfortable space to spread out, both indoors and out. There is a yard for the kids and the deck often has shade - a lovely place to relax. The house was super clean and has everything, including a well-equipped kitchen, games, and night lights just where you need them. The location is great: quiet and peaceful but close to many activities. My grandson marveled that I found a house so close to everything! We all hope to return next year!

Family Friendly Home

Our week at Laura's Vacation home in Harwich was enjoyable for our family and our childrens' friends who visited at the later half of our week's stay.Laura has put much thought in making the stay at her house comfortable as her kitchen was well stocked. Laura provided sheets which was a plus for us as we had to bring our own sheets in the past at other vacation homes. She also had games enjoyable for kids young and old including bikes to ride on the Cape Cod trail but would need to drive to the the nearest Trail parking lot located around a couple of miles away. Also, the house was in a central location for us as Chatham,and Harwich Port was nearby and the beaches we liked to visit such as Nauset and Red River Beaches were fairly close. (15 minute Drive)

Beautiful home!!

This rental was amazing!! Everything as described and I felt it was even better in person. Communication was prompt, was given check in info prior to arrival. I loved the movie theater room, game room and bar area in the basement. It really had a cozy feel and was excellent for letting kids play and having a movie night. A major bonus was the access to beach chairs, towels, and other beach items. My parents flew from out of town so this really made the trip much easier. Other perks: Grocery store a mile away, great sheets and mattress was nice, kids room was perfect and master with private bath was nice, heated outdoor shower for rinsing sand off was great, nice outdoor patio and access to a grill was useful. Nice residential neighborhood, low foot traffic and no noise to mention. The biggest thing that stood out to us was this rental was CLEAN. I give kudos to the owner and the cleaning company. It is 1970's home but inside looks like it was built just a few years ago. Very well taken care of. We have stayed at other rentals and the cleaning is subpar or it is clean but the home looks "tired". This is probably the cleanest family home we have rented. Thank you for a great stay!!

Wedding Weekend

On Cape for son's wedding! Stayed in Harwich to be near venue @ Wequasset Resort and were 4 minutes away.The house was cozy with plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen and great deck. All beds were super comfy and everything sparkled in bathrooms-perfect rental. Thank you!

Well-Appointed Seclusion

We booked this vacation off season so unfortunately, we were not able to partake in all the house and area have to offer. Having said that, the home is well appointed and has anything you should need to keep a whole family busy for a cold winter or rainy summer day. Though it is in a quiet, out of the way part of town it is well situated for the beaches, highway and shopping. This home is the one I will choose to come back too - especially in the summer!David & Carolyn

The house is well-furnished and roomy enough for 8 adults, whether you are here for a week of summer vacation, attending a wedding, or just getting away with friends. The private back deck is the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee and evening grilling with friends and family!

What makes this property unique

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open and roomy, easily allowing 8 adults to be in the same area of one another without feeling in each others way. The laundry is on the same floor in its own room just off the kitchen. The house is bright all day long with the sun rising on the kitchen side and setting on the living room side. The driveway can easily accommodate multiple vehicles.
