A lovely, characterful detached house in a quiet setting, nestled in the wooded grounds of a small 18th-/19th-century château that also houses another holiday rental (G2157): a lush, green oasis, perfect for recharging your batteries. Ground floor: - entryway, - living room/kitchen (2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with 2-drawer freezer compartment, 6-place-setting dishwasher, microwave, oven), dining area, TV, wood-burning stove. - access to the terrace with teak patio furniture, barbecue, and fire pit, - half-bath (under the stairs), - bedroom: 2 beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form one 180 cm bed, with en suite bathroom: sink, walk-in shower, washing machine; cot and high chair available upon request. Upstairs on the attic mezzanine: - accessible via 2 steps: 2 beds (140x200cm), - small lounge area with a 2-seater sofa, Outside: - Unfenced wooded grounds, large parking area.
