A private fishing OASIS on 23 acres in Kentucky 2 miles from Lake Cumberland! Custom built guest house with a private gated entrance, beautiful private fishing pond, fishing poles, custom Trex dock, paddle boat, fishing boat, 3 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak. Gather around our Fire pit and enjoy the perfect vacation!
Relax in luxury, fully stocked kitchen, granite, all the appliances gadgets and grills. (Traeger grill & egg) high speed Wifi, multiple outdoor heaters, fans, outdoor lighting, indoor fireplace, washer/dryer.

This is our first time offering it to the public so that’s why we don’t allow instant book. We want to be sure you will take great care of it and not host any “college parties”. We welcome low key gatherings like birthday parties, family reunions, etc.

Everything you might need or want is included with this vacation! High end everything. Cozy beds, perfect entertaining space, High speed wifi. Smart TVs. PlayStation4, Alexa, Pellet grill, green egg grill, outdoor heaters, outdoor fans, outdoor lights, fireplace, fire-pit, private 2 acre stocked pond, fishing poles, fishing boat, paddle boat, kayaks, life jackets, snow sleds, ... you name it! We have an 8 year old son so we will share his toys, oodles of games, kids water table and Nerf guns.
This is our private 2nd home so you are welcome to use anything we have. Tons of condiments and spices for cooking. Whatever you need. We want this to be your favorite vacation ever! Full of life-long memories!
