Spacious 4 bedroom home with bonus basement sleeping area has large hot tub under screened in, covered porch and is located in a private gated resort community with multiple pools, tennis courts, walking/ATV trails- all within 1 mile of a boat ramp. New furniture with new TVs in every bedroom, basement game room with bar and poker table, jacuzzi in master bedroom. Nearby attractions include a state park with golf, Burnside Marina, Cumberland Falls, South Fork Scenic Railway and just a short trip to Somerset for a drive-in movie or water park. The gated resort includes multiple swimming pools (1 in the property's gate) along with tennis courts.

House was very clean. Short on towels and linens so might want to bring your own. Stairs were not toddler friendly, steep and in a circular pattern.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The home was very clean, comfortable, and spacious for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay.The view was beautiful, and we especially loved spending time on the deck and relaxing on the front porch swing. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and cooking utensils, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well.The kids and adults all enjoyed the air hockey and Pac-Man games, and we really appreciated that the home had plenty of games, puzzles, and toys for children. The whirlpool tub was another great feature and made the stay feel even more relaxing.The host was excellent with communication and was very responsive in answering questions. Overall, this was a fantastic property with thoughtful amenities, plenty of space, and everything we needed for a great getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this house. The house was very clean and it felt like home as soon as we stepped into it. The mountain and lake view was gorgeous! The owner was quick to answer all my questions before our trip. The driveway was very steep but once we went up it a few times it was fine. The pool was a few minutes away and had to drive to it but it was really nice and clean and most of the time we were the only ones there. We found out from another couple that you can rent a boat and they will bring it to your dock and put it in . You let them know a half an hour to an hour when u are done and they will come back and pull it out of the water . The company that we used was Lake Cumberland RV Rentals. They were great and made the process stress free. That would have been good to know before we left for vacation. I hope this was helpful. The house was great and had no issues at all. It was a great vacation.

We definitely enjoy the peace & quiet….it was very relaxing. The hot tub was wonderful. I would say the only thing that should be added to the listing is its way up the mountain and it is up a very winding road.

Excellent family get away!!!!

Owner was excellent communicating through the entire process/stay, beautiful view, quite neighborhood, clean, games for the kiddos, plenty of space, big hot tub, and just an overall wonderful stay and my girls and I will be back to make even more memories at Ohana :)

Great place for families with kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2 to 7 years old and the kids loved the bunk beds, train set, hot tub, and basement full of games. There was plenty of space of everyone and the property is close to Cumberland Falls and the Arch. Great stay!

Great Stay with Great View!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the "extras" at the house, including the air hockey, hot tub, train table for the littles, and laundry unit off the kitchen. Plenty of space for our group, and the view was gorgeous! Loved all the windows in the living area to be able to appreciate the view all day!

Family Trip for 70th Birthday

We were very happy with the property. We had 11 people all different ages. Especially liked the Bunk Bed Room/Bathroom for1 family of 6.The hot tub and game roomswere enjoyed by all!My favorite was the quiet and beautiful view of the Lake from the back deck.We would definitely recommend this property andwould enjoy coming back.
