Completely renovated apartment near the Europa-Park

The 72 square meter apartment has been completely renovated. The apartment is for 2 - 6 people and is comfortably furnished. There are LED TVs with satellite connection in every bedroom and in the living room. It is located on the 1st OG. Sufficient parking spaces are available in the associated courtyard. Therefore, it is easy to park motorhomes and caravans (no parking space). The apartment is on the railway line and the train station is about 500 meters away. Therefore, traveling by train is no problem. In August 2019, new triple-glazed soundproof windows and electric shutters were installed. As a result, the railway line can hardly be heard. In the vicinity there are supermarkets that are open until 10 p.m.
The apartment is located in the beautiful city of Kenzingen. In the "Pearl of the Breisgau". On the edge of the Black Forest and in the immediate vicinity of the Kaiserstuhl. The Europa-Park in Rust is only 12 km away. In addition to the Europapark, there are worthwhile destinations such as: Freiburg, Basel, Colmar, Strasburg and Alsace nearby.
