Needs a little TLC

The property was a bit on the shabby side. It has been well used and needs a little sprucing up (i.e. the faucet on the bathroom sink needs to be replaced. The hot water knob is missing and has a screw in it's place). This would have all been okay if it was really clean, but it wasn't. The whole place needs a thorough scrubbing. Also, check-in was a bit confusing. There are two sets of lock boxes at the property. The correct box is not clearly marked. A picture was included with the check-in information but didn't display in the email from VRBO, it only displayed on the website. Without the picture, there is no hope in finding the correct lock box as the written description was not really accurate. Luckily we figured it out after a few stressful moments. With all that said, it's not a bad place. The pool is lovely and the location is pefect. It's on a nice quiet section of Ocean Dr. and the beach is just steps away from the pool. Also, having free chairs and an umbrella every day from Esteban's is a great bonus.

Great location but bring your own cleaning supplies

Upon arrival of the property we walked through the gate to the side entrance where the key was in the lock box. We had to move piles upon piles of hot garbage swarming with flies to get to the lock box. I’d also like to mention that this garbage stayed in the same location throughout the duration of our stay and smelled terribly bad. We entered the unit and the air was over powered by various air fresheners. The bedroom has no lights and only reading lights beside the bed. Everything is rigged with extension cords. The entire property was so dirty. The toilet had pubic hairs, urine, and feces on and around it. I can’t confirm for sure but it seemed the towels in the bathroom were not washed. The “luxury toiletries” were just refilled bottles with a lot of soap scum and hard water build up on the bottles. It seemed there was zero attempt to clean anything. The coffee maker had old burnt coffee in it. Honestly, the entire place was incredibly gross. I could go on forever. The first time I left the building I had to go buy cleaning supplies to wipe every surface and wash the linens. I will say that the location is great but it was by far the nastiest place I’ve ever rented in my life.

Absolutely Awful!

The property is very old, it has a disgusting smell! The bathroom was very disgusting, The toilet have not been cleaned for God knows how long! Shower had mold in it, there were only two towels no washcloths. And the parking is nonexistent! The only parking street parking which was four dollars an hour or find a parking lot which was $40 a day!I would never recommend anyone do use this property!!

Very disappointed stay over the holiday. The listing is inaccurate based on the location of the complex- there are no balconies at this place. Very dirty and dingy smelling. Very poor experience.
