Sunny 5 bedroom, 3 bath contemporary Near All Valley Attractions

Just minutes to North Conway village and four major ski areas, this is a sunny, private contemporary with lots of space for friends and a winter view of the mountains, but minutes to restaurants, kayaking and famous outlet shopping.

The house has three levels of living, each level featuring bedrooms and a bathroom, new furnishings in 2009, and supplied with linens and amenities. 4 Cable TVs including a 50 inch HD flat screen, lots of closets, laundry and tons of windows.

In a quiet lovely neighborhood but only 3 minute drive to swimming at beautiful Echo Lake where you can watch rock climbers on Cathedral Ledge. Also only 5 minutes to one of the most popular canoe/kayak/tubing rivers in New England, the Saco offers miles of gently moving water with sandy beaches along the way. Within 20 minutes are the attractions of Storyland, the Cog Railroad and the Auto Road up Mt. Washington, the Conway Scenic Railroad, museums, antique shops and exciting night life. Or just relax on the deck or in the media/pub with dry bar, TV.

A deck with grill has seating for 10. There is a screened porch too. Foosball table and in summer, a ping pong table.. Beach chairs, towels etc. Just bring your food and clothes and your vacation begins. Rentals in July and August are 6 day minimum. Three night minimum the rest of the year.

Garage and plenty of parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

We previously owned a Bed and Breakfast in the White Mountains. My husband and I are retired teachers and have been in the hospitality business for 20 years.

Why they chose this property

The North Conway area is very appealing both for its beauty and for offering an active life style. We bought this beautiful house as a home to retire in but planned to rent it as a vacation home until then. Then we sold our B and B and now live in North Conway part of the year, in Maine part of the year and Florida for two months.

What makes this property unique

There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area many providing nightly entertainment. North Conway is know for its outlet shopping as well as the village boutiques. The biggest attractions are its outdoor activities, hiking, kayaking, biking, skiing and many others.
