This fantastic British Columbia retreat offers the perfect mountain getaway. Located within 5 minutes of Invermere, BC, with access to a private community beach. This BC vacation rental offers rustic charm and a modern style with breathtaking views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding mountains.

This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home features a spacious floor plan with a well-designed woodsy ambiance. The hosts provide everything guests will need for a great stay including a full gourmet kitchen, rec room with wet bar, large deck with west facing lake views, smart TV, pull through driveway, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace, and 2 desks with a view.

Outside, guests can take in their truly idyllic surroundings and there is plenty of outdoor seating as well as a BBQ to cook up some tasty snacks surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Located in a great neighbourhood with quiet streets and amazing views. Access to community beach is available with day pass. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown Invermere for groceries, restaurants and shops.

This vacation home is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware are included. Bathroom amenities, linen and towels are also part of the package.

Awesome views of lake Windemere

We would definitely rent this property again. Great views. Unfortunately hot tub was not running, which was disappointing. The owner was awesome to deal with.

Family ski trip

We enjoyed everything about the house, especially the spacious living room and view. The dishwasher stopped working Friday evening and we were unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. We also didn’t have propane for the bbq and there was no clear place to bring recycling and garbage. Despite this we would stay there again.

Fantastic view from a great living room!

Exactly the view you want! Beautiful main living area, Layout: Upstairs has the BR with 2 queens, the BR with the Queen/Twin bunk, & 1 bath. Main had a master with a connected bath. It’s the only bath on main. A second bedroom - with fireplace (unusable) and patio view. Downstairs has the twin bedroom - a small shower bath, and a tub bath. For some reason, the tub bath had a sign saying it was “winterized” so it was closed (therefore, it’s only a 3 bath).

This was a great place for our 3 families of 4.

Great place. Wonderful view. It was perfect for our ski trip. 30min to panorama. Great kitchen - liked that there was salt and pepper, spices and some cooking oil. Well equipped with pots and pans etc. It’s spacious - teenagers had a separate living space downstairs to hang out, lots of beds and bathrooms- beds were comfortable. Entry Nice and big for coats and ski boots. One nice surprise was the hot tub! I don’t think they mentioned it on the posting. The one complaint I had was just to have a little sand to spread on the drive. It’s on a bit of a hill and was v icy. We all had all wheel/4-wheel drive and it was fine but I have had problems with my little 2 wheel drive.

Seniors perspective

This is a very nice property - clean, (other than the bbq), comfortable, well equipped with lots of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplied, great location & views etc. As a group of 8 seniors some with mobility issues we were a bit disappointed to find that most bedrooms did not come with ensuite bathrooms although the photos seemed to imply they were. I would suggest the owner show a floor plan for each level. Upstairs 2 bedrooms had to share a bathroom down the hall and the main floors was the same with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Two of the four bathrooms were on the basement level. A floor plan would be very helpful.

Great Experience

Everything about our stay was great! No surprises the entire duration of our stay. We had 12 adults staying in the house. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and spread out. The house and location are unmatched. The only critique we had was it was a little difficult to get a hold of somebody when we had questions regarding the check out process. You may want to bring your own cleaning supplies as we found what was provided to be minimal

Nice house but had issues

House was nice but we came across a few issues. Dishwasher did not work when we arrived as well as the coffee pot. We had asked for use of the hot tub and that was locked and was hard to get ahold of anyone who would do anything about it over the weekend.
