Outside you’ll find a HUGE backyard with a POOL and great area to Hang out area for the family. Pool can be heated for an Additional Charge. Enjoy the fire pit and BBQ. Perfect House for our Trip

The place was clean and well stocked with towels and the essentials. Large kitchen, spacious outdoor area with pool. Plenty of room with couches to sit and visit. A great stay!

Fun in the Sun

This property was as expected and we enjoyed our stay here. We wish we had more time to enjoy the back yard and the swimming pool as it is very nice.

Great house for a large group

Had a great time while in town for youth and highschool baseball tourney. House comfortably housed 4 adults, 4 teens, and one little. Lots of great common spaces to watch tv, play billiards, or swim. Perfect house for a medium to long stay in PHX

Overall very disappointing. Home was out dated and furniture appears to be from local garage sales. About a dozen light bulbs were out. Unable to use pool table due to inadequate lighting. The dart board in the profile was missing. Dishwasher failed and flooded. Ice maker in fridge was frozen shut. Only 3 forks and one spoon for a home supposed to sleep 16 people. Garage filled with garbage. Found one patio umbrella at the bottom of the pool when we checked in. Towels were rags. Avoid if able.

Great Location and Home. House had everything needed to cook and enjoy the pool. Plenty of space for our crew to spread out. Great outdoor space with grills. The home is in a great location, very close to everything.

Property was filthy

The property was filthy, and the Renter was rude. I will not recommend this property to anyone. I paid a high dollar for the place, including the cleaning fee, to enter a filthy property. I had to clean the property and launder bedding on the day of arrival in order to stay comfortably. I left the property clean and should receive a refund for the cleaning fee.

Alysia You were the worst rude guests we've ever hosted as reflected in the rating we gave you! You got mad because you couldn't find the Hot Tub (that we don't have!) You then thought you could cuss and yell at my staff because we didn't have a Hot Tub, which you quickly found out you couldn't talk to our staff that way! Everything else in your review is a complete lie, and that's why VRBO sided with us regarding not having a Hot Tub..LOL and all the rest of your lies. Next time please stay in a hotel or read the amenities that the VRBO Listing has, instead assuming a property has something it doesn't! Hopefully future hosts see our review, and deny you from booking their home!!
