A great stay! A super comfortable house close to State Farm Stadium, grocery store, restaurants. Spacious home with lots of activities: pool, games, pool table, efficient kitchen. I liked having all of the kids upstairs. The host was very communicative and entry was easy. We were in town for a concert at State Farm Stadium - I would stay here again! Minor note - the hot tub wasn't heating while we were here, but we were only staying one night, so it was okay.

Very nice house. We and our extended family stayed here for a wedding. 12 people in all. And there were plenty of bedrooms and beds for every couple and every individual. Great layout. The casita is a great added bonus that allows for another couple to have some privacy.House was decorated very nicely with great accommodations. It's pretty close to the highway, and we had to travel to other parts of Phoenix often over the week we stayed here. But the highway was always just 5 minutes away, so we could quickly get going to where we wanted.Backyard and pool is great. Our stay was really October and the pool was plenty warm. We couldn't figure out how to control anything on the pool with the tablet that was left for us. And some features seemed to not be working. But it was clean and any time we needed anything done with the pool the owner responded quickly and got the pool guy over to handle it.The longer we stayed the more we realized some things in the house could probably use some updating (like the master shower especially). But I'll still rate it 5 stars nonetheless, because it's such a nice house overall, owner provided great communication throughout our stay and the kitchen, living room and backyard are set up so great that your large family couldn't help but have a great time here.

We loved our stay at Tropical Paradise! The house was clean and well-stocked, and our kids especially enjoyed splashing in the pool and playing corn hole! Host was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect location and accommodation for our large group. We came to Arizona for spring training and we couldn't have had a better stay. Martha was a wonderful host and the house was lovely. The backyard was as fantastic as the house itself.

We had 14 people staying at this VRBO and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were looking for a place for our kids and grandkids to stay for the week where we coudl relax and spend time tiogether. This place was perfect for that. The pool was great, and I will happily book this VRBO again the next time we plan a trip to AZ. Thanks for a great experience!

Family Stay

This was an idea place to have family together for a week of vacation. We used the pool, hot tub and back yard daily. The location allowed us to easily travel to hiking, the zoo and museums in the area.
