Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out: 1. Dishes need to be washed or left washing inside dishwasher. 2. Grill needs to be cleaned (if used) 3. Trash must be properly bagged and disposed of inside trash containers.
4. Adjust Hot Tub to 85 degrees before departure. 5. Adjust thermostat to 55 degrees before departure. 6. Turn off all lights, fans and TVs before departure.
7. Close all doors & windows; lock main entrance. Complete a walkthrough of the house/property before departure to ensure no valuables are left behind. Have a safe trip and we hope to have you again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great cabin

This house was a great size for 6 people. Fun game room and beautiful decks to relax on. Fire pit & hot tub were excellent additions.

I love this place. Very Authentic and artistic. The only thing I was complaining was that the master bedroom is hot and the TV there does not work. It asks for a pin that I don’t know about. There’s no paper towel in the kitchen. Then hot tub was full of daddy long legs with a lot of cobwebs. The jacuzzi does not get as hot or as warm as we wanted. Also I wish we could stay in the jacuzzi until 11 pm. Other than that everything was magical and great.

Relaxing in the Pines

Our family really enjoyed our time at Lake Arrowhead. The kitchen was well equipped and the deck space was fantastic. There were a few fun surprises in the lower level that both the kids and the adults appreciated. The babbling brook down by the corn hole platforms was also a nice surprise. Thanks for everything!

Nice place for a family gathering

We had a great time staying here. The kitchen was spacious and the location was at a good spot. The host was helpful and communicative. Downstairs had a nice game room. We didn’t use it since we had toddlers with us. I’d only say that if you plan to come with toddlers to know there are stairs going upstairs and downstairs so make sure they’re old enough or bring a baby gate with you.
