Breathtaking Lake Views! Lakeside Lodge, New Private Dock, Next to Village, AC

Renters are welcome to spend the day at our private dock. Upon arrival each renter must go to the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) Client Services office to process their registration and pay a fee to access lake trails. You must take green ALA Membership card provided by owner. ALA office can be found in marina at 870 North State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. Wristbands will be issued to access trails.

This gorgeous newer home is located in the heart of Lake Arrowhead. Nestled above Burnt Mill Beach and adjacent to the Village, it's in an ideal location. Practically every window in this light and airy home has a beautiful view of the lake. On the main level of this home is a warm spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows to capture the views. Sit and chat with your family or friends around the majestic rock fireplace. Cook a wonderful meal in the gourmet kitchen that has all the amenities of home.

There are two large outdoor decks, the upper deck is perfect for barbecuing, dining or just relaxing watching the birds and squirrels. Wake up every morning to the sun glistening off the lake from your truly decadent master suite. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from a bench swing off the private balcony of the master suite with views to the North. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and a separate glass shower with the same dramatic views. With just a three minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Village, you can enjoy the many quaint shops, restaurants, art galleries, supermarkets, and free outdoor summer concerts.

Lake Arrowhead is more than just summertime fun, it's a Winter Wonderland as well! At Lake Arrowhead Village, Santa makes his first appearance in late November for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. In December enjoy The Firefighters' Annual Village Bon Fire or Taste of Lake Arrowhead. In nearby Blue Jay, participate in the Blue Jay Christmas Parade, or just relax and enjoy a movie in the local theater. For the more adventurous type, try year-round ice skating at Ice Castle Skating Rink. There's also skiing, snowboarding, and inner-tubing at Snow Valley, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts.

We feel a vacation should be a vacation, and we're here to make sure you enjoy yours. This spectacular home ticks every box in terms of luxurious vacation homes. Prime location, privacy, and exquisite finishes make this one of Lake Arrowhead's most unique residences.
Our home will be clean and disinfected prior to your stay. To avoid any charges withheld from the security deposit and a negative traveler review, please read the fee schedule below.
*8 bath towels will be provided. $10.00 per bath or beach towels left to be laundered.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

To avoid additional charges, dock and balcony BBQs must be cleaned prior to checkout.
Eight bath towels, are provided. Any additional beach or bath towels must be laundered before check out or be charged $5.00 per towel.

Staying here feels like coming home. Our 4th year booking this house. For years we have stayed at the Resort and other rentals but now cannot imagine staying anywhere else. There is not a thing we would change or anything we need when staying here. Booking process is always smooth and communication with the owner is always lovely. The gorgeous home is well-maintained and extremely clean. Makes you want to protect it and keep it that way! We’re looking forward to booking again next summer maybe sooner if we are lucky!

Beautiful Arrowhead Home

I recently stayed here with my three young daughters and parents to experience the recent snow fall, and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay. This place is amazing! The kitchen table is big and round for fun family games! The wood fireplace is beautiful. The location is perfect. Stunning view and you can walk to the lake for hiking trails and the Village! The dock is super cool and so relaxing to watch sunset and all the birds! This house is super clean, communication with host is easy, and those are what we always look for in our vacation getaways! We will definetly be back!

Best Ever

As a longtime visitor of LA with a lot of family history & traditions, it is super important for us to have a "home away from home" while at the Lake. This home is perfect. We are repeat visitors and plan to make it an annual (at least!) tradition. Owners are lovely and always make sure our stay is comfortable in every way. We love the home and the Smith family!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location!

This house is gorgeous, in a great location, close to the lake and village, and the rooms and decor are spectacular. The owner was generally responsive (including when we struggled to turn the alarm off when we arrived after midnight! Thank you Laurie!), but the TV's did not work, and we were not told how to work them when we reached out for help. Regardless, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Great property over all! Comfortable & clean. The property is well stocked except in glassware, plenty of reusable plastic cups but only a few real glasses…. The dock was fantastic & perfect for paddle boarding, water play & relaxing! My mistakes: Thought i could get the ALA wrist bands before checking into the house, but needed the card from the property. Had thought we could pick up wristbands for the adults in my group but each wristband must be received & attached individually in the office. Lessons learned.

Fabulous Home for a Get Away

This was the perfect getaway for our family! We had a great time with our friends and kids. There are plenty of rooms- all very spacious. The Deck was perfect to relax with coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the view of Lake Arrowhead. It was great to have access to the boat dock. We all loved the kayaks and paddle boards. The home was well stocked (Crockpot, Plenty of Cookie supplies, Dish towels etc.) It was great having two living areas- kids hunkered downstairs and adults were on the deck. The games in the Garage were a big hit too! We felt right at home. The homeowners could not have been nicer- dock key went missing- they got a replacement right away. All in all a great trip!

Beautiful home

House is big and clean and just a quick walk to Saddleback restaurant which is a great spot for dinner and music. Unfortunately, we assumed the house would lead to the dock, which is not the case. The house is on the other side of the highway - not on the waterside. Walking from the house to the dock with gear and/or children is not possible. Also, the game room/garage was not 100% usable for us as the owner had their boat parked in the garage. The house itself is beautiful and the views are beautiful.
