This home is a 3-story modern waterfront paradise, with a rooftop that views the entire city and views of ocean. The heated infinity pool is the focal point of the home, the heated jacuzzi and dock are also amenities.

I have found this home in good condition, in working order, and according to my expectation. I promise to leave premises with no damages.
If damages occur, management company is entitled to retain the damage deposit in part or full depending on the value of damages.
If excessive trash is accumulated at the end of your stay and does not fit into designated outdoor bins, a service charge of minimum $100 will be deducted from damage deposit. (Cost varies on trash amount)
Using the dock is prohibited unless previously discussed with your Luxuri agent. Must provide insurance for vessel with matching ID.

• All door and windows must be always closed & locked • Visitors are not allowed without managers notice • No more cars on property than listed above • No parking on street • No loud music after 10pm • No smoking inside • No parties • No excessive trash • If dock is being used during reservation, you must abide by ocean rules including no wake zones. • For your safety, swimming in the canal is prohibited. • Pool has no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
