Great stay at the beach! Beautiful pool/spa. All modern conveniences of home. They’ve thought of everything.. so many amenities and simple things stocked and ready. Our family had a wonderful time and already wants to go back! Plus, the property manager is a true gem!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Perfect Place

This was a perfect place for us to stay with our family of twelve. There were all amenities available that you could imagine. It was one block to beach and the pool was great for kids. It has a splash pool and umbrella to help keep little ones protected from the sun, plus a gate to put up to put your mind at ease from children that can't swim won't accidentally wander into the pool. There are TV's in every bedroom plus in the family rooms. It was an exceptional place to stay and very clean. We had a wonderful time!

A perfect get away

Beautiful home, just steps from the water. Had 12 girls total and fit perfectly with a bed for all. The pool with waterfall jets and quick heating spa were a great touch, as we spent just as much time there as on the sand. Property manager Ron was very accessible- came over twice to show us various things. $6 Uber ride from the busy bar/restaurant area of Ft Laud Beach. Definitely recommend!

This was a Birthday get together of friends who have known each other for over 40 years, so ages were in our 70's except for one at 45. Consequently, although it rained most of the time we were there, we enjoyed the set up there, each with our own bedroom, and the opportunity to sit and chat.We could have used a bigger kitchen since we cooked a lot and everyone played a part. Additionally the oven and microwave may need some updating soon. Had trouble with the dishwasher, but the property manager Ron was terrific and helped us out. Although it smelled as though the trap beneath the dishwasher may need cleaning out.We also had trouble with the remote for the pool and hot tub, but once again Ron was there to the rescue, then we enjoyed both immensely! Two other notes, the hairdryer in the upstairs primary did not work and the shower in the downstairs primary runs out onto the floor. However, the house worked out so well for us, we all decided we will plan another get together next year!!

Best Ft. Lauderdale Beach Rental

We arrived at this property just before the unfortunate Covid-19 Pandemic. We were lucky to have enjoyed the unbelievable proximity to the beach for at least 2 days before the beaches were closed. We spent the rest of our vacation at the home and were able to enjoy every minute of our stay because of the great amenities. Our teenagers were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub and have their own space. The adults enjoyed the beautiful upstairs deck with a beautiful view of the ocean and the ocean breeze. We spent most of our time there relaxing and enjoying ourselves despite the difficult times. Thank you to the property contact, Ron who looked after us and made sure all was good. It was better than good - it was great and we will definitely rent this beautiful home again!

Roach motel

Ive been renting in Fort Lauderdale for a decade, this location was fabulous, pool and tub worked well. BUT kitchen was overrun with roaches. We found insecticides in the garage and sprayed the area. Days later the caretaker did the same. Problem remained and Orkin treated the area. Problem lessened after 3-4 Orkin’s treatment but did not disappear completely. GasGrill was dangerously clogged and a fire raged from the rear. Not worth the price iI paid for a 3 week stay.

Beautiful Home!

The home was really lovely! Very tastefully decorated and very spacious! It is a short walk from the beach and there is even a view of the ocean from the 2nd floor master bedroom and balcony! Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms, the beach towels, and the cart, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The beach was really nice and quiet. The only downside was that the AC went out the first night we were there and although the property manager Ron worked hard to get it fixed as fast as possible, we were without AC in the main part of the house from Saturday night till Monday afternoon. At one point the temperature was 89 in the house. But once the AC was fixed, all was good the rest of the week. Loved the pool and hot tub too and appreciated the outdoor showers after coming back from the beach.

Gorgeous house , so close to the beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Toby and Hollies home. Right from the reservation process to checking out and everything in between Toby made it very easy . prompt and professional. We had a large group with 4 young toddlers. I was a little concerned about the size of the house, before we checked in. But once we were there , between the lovely pool, hot tub, 2 living rooms and 2 patios, everyone had ample room to spread and to sleep ( or watch TV or cook etc.) It is a lovely house , very well maintained, tastefully decorated with all the amenities and comforts for a large group. Close to the beach(less than 1 min walk) with all the beach toys, chairs, for the beach and plenty of towels and linens for the pool , hot tub and bathrooms. It is was a very relaxing and comfortable vacation with lovely neighbour (Ron) who is also very prompt , courteous and helpful. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everything is as you see in pictures and more. We'd definitely come here again.

Awesome house, location and response time from owner and manager

We stayed in the house this past summer in June. It was my two kids with their spouses, and their two kids each so my four grandkids. The house was amazing very well stocked very well taken care of and the kids had a blast in the pool. We were very close to the beach Ronnie the house manager is super attentive and everybody was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. I thank the owner and the manager for making our summer a great one. I highly recommend this house

Perfect location

We had an absolute blast the location is perfect right off A1A nice neighbors and an amazing owner so friendly! The pool was relaxing and so nice to soak after a long day. House was clean and fresh smelling linens clean and abundant. Would absolutely rent again we even loved the iguanas Running around the neighborhood.

Yearly Family Trip

It was awesome. Plenty of room just a couple minor things but not sure how to share this without thinking its a knock. But it might never get fixed. Very minor. Batteries in some of the remotes and the upstairs sink had trouble going down. Along with the lock box hard to open.Other than that very comfortable and convenient to the Ocean. On those windy days we hung out in the pool. It was great. Thumbs up to Ron. At first thought was gonna be a invasion but far from that. He was very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up. Ten of us stayed there and we had our own space. Like i said very awesome. Thank you and will definitely like to do again. Also the bonus was the Air show going on had a front row seat. Thanks once again. Highly recommend Barges Family
