The minimum ceiling height in the attic is about 160 cm. CIC535 is located on the first floor, is separate to itself and also has its own garden. The surrounding area is quiet and suitable for walks and excursions in nature. Visits to the medieval towns of Motovun and Gro?njan are recommended and if you want to swim in the sea, you can reach the bathing beaches of Pore? in about 15 minutes by car.
