Clydes Cottage, Brand new remodel
Newly remodeled 650sqft house, October 2021. Walking distance to river, and downtown. This is located right next to Birdies bungalow, so if you need more space look at renting both houses.
There is everything you will need to make this a perfect vacation away from home. Linens, towels, bathroom toiletries, laundry supplies, and cooking utensils are all included. Brand new forced air AC unit. There are 3 adult, and 3 youth bikes
A lot of love went into remodeling this space.

This place sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Please note that more than 4 adults would make sleeping arrangements difficult.
If you need to a accommodations for more guest look into renting the next door bungalow as well

The Cottage and the neighboring bungalow; were purchased in the summer of 2020.
Marcus, a Landscaper and Hana, a jeweler also a native Montana Local, fell in love with
livingston. If it weren't for our roots in Gallatin County, we would live in Livingston in a
heart beat.
Enjoy being surrounded by the big Sky country, Rolling rivers, Yellowstone National Park
and yet have all the comforts of home.

river, mountains and the National park.
