Enjoy our community private island, where you will find our pool, a bar, & a cook out & picnic area. 24 hour security, gated-community. We INCLUDE A GOLF CART w/ rental & free pickup on arrival. Located just over the bridge, north of San Pedro. Enjoy the tranquility of the vacation zone, yet only 5 minutes away to the center of San Pedro's action. In country hosts.

Perfect for Vacation getaway.

Stayed for a month, Loved it! Serjio made sure we were picked up at the airport and taken care of right from the start. The Condo was a great relaxing getaway, exactly like described. Just far enough from town for quiet evenings but close enough to head into town for nightlife whenever we wanted. Definite recommend.

Great Location for Exploring San Pedro - Great WIFI - Nice Pool!

I stayed here for a week with my family. This place is all about the location and included golf cart. Saw iguanas and crocodiles right out the window! 3rd floor, up the stairs, which was fine with us b/c we are fit and enjoyed the beautiful sunset view. We felt safe. The bedroom, sofa bed (for the kids), kitchen, bathroom were all as described and adequate. WiFi was the best we had during our month in Belize. Kids loved the pool & 2 big TVs. Ceiling fans and AC worked well. Check in and checkout was awesome, Sergio is very sweet. :) Loved having the farmhouse right across the street. Would stay again.

Stayed at Josh's for 2 months - Apartment was clean and as advertised - the large balcony and sunset view were perfect - grounds are well maintained other than the common buildings which are unused and needing repair - in country host/property manager was great - airport pickup and drop off - luggage assistance - and response to any issues exceeded our expectations for a VRBO -
