About this property

Pure peace and relaxation, close to Sellin, Baabe, Göhren and Binz.

The Rügenhaus is located in the small village Lancken-Granitz, Am Mühlengrund 19 on the outskirts.
The DHH is about 75m² in size.
On the ground floor next to a living room with kitchenette and dining area have a small hall with wardrobe and a shower room.
The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave etc.. Dishwashing liquid, rags, drying wipes ... are available.
In the living area are a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a display case. On a chest of drawers is a flat screen TV, which can be used as a radio.
Two bedrooms, each with two double beds and a small bathroom with toilet are upstairs.
For infants a cot and a highchair are available (by appointment).
An extra bed for a fifth Person is possible.
The house has two parking spaces, a terrace with garden furniture.

The Fereinhaus is a Non smoking house; Of course you can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed.

Completion of the house 2015, first rental 2016.

In the HS, the DHH is always rented weekly from Sat to Sat, otherwise the minimum rental period is 5 days and the day of arrival is arbitrary.
Arrival is possible from 15.00 o'clock; if the FeHs is free before, after consultation gladly. The departure has to be done by 10.00 o'clock.
Please note that for linen packages 15,00 € per person and stay and 79,00 € for the final cleaning.
In addition, the municipality Lancken-Granitz raises a tourist tax for persons over 18 years. From 01. 04. - 30. 04. / 01. 10. - 31. 10 this is 1.00 € per person and day and from 01. 05. - 30. 09. 1.50 € per person and day. Winter is free.
All additional fees are payable directly to the landlord. The bank details will be sent after booking.
For the guest passes all names, including those of the children who are not liable to pay, must be stated at the time of booking.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub auf Rügen

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wenn man es etwas härter mag. Die Terrasse lädt zum Grillen und Verweilen ein, wenn das Wetter passt. Wir kommen gerne wieder... Aller guten Dinge sind drei drei.

Ruhige Doppelhaushälfte, in einem kleinem Ort

Sehr schön, ruhig, mit Terasse, Alles was wir brauchten war da, wir haben nichts vermisst, im Nebenhaus waren die Eigentümer auch da, wir hatten Alle Informationen und Hilfe bekommen die wir wollten, von hier aus gingen wir zu Fuss, ginge auch mit Fahrrad, die Umgebung erkundet , herrlich, Alles war sehr gut , wenn wir wieder auf Rügen sind , dann ist das unsere Adresse, von hier aus kann man die Rügen Sehenswürdigkeiten geschickt anreisen, das nächste mal besuchen wir auch Hiddensee

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet, lediglich ein Brotmesser und ein großes Brett haben wir vermisst. Die Lage war ideal. Mit dem Auto konnten wir alles um uns herum gut erreichen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind liebevoll angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Alle Highlights von Rügen sind gut zu erreichen, und vor allem sind die Sandstrände sehr nah bzw. mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Durch die vielen ausführlichen Tipps konnten wir die Insel optimal erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum tolle Ferien

Das Ferienhaus war super gemütlich und absolut wie beschrieben. Von der Lage her ist es perfekt, um sich alles Umliegende, wie Sellin, Baabe, Binz usw. anzuschauen. Wir waren nur mit dem Auto unterwegs, da eine Woche doch recht kurz war, um alles zu machen, was an Möglichkeiten geboten wird. Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend und das Wetter war fantastisch. Es waren noch sehr viele Touristen unterwegs, was sicherlich an der aktuellen Lage lag, aber noch angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit mit Ratschlägen. Vielen Dank nochmal. Kurz um, es waren sehr schöne Tage und man kann es nur allen weiterempfehlen.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad,genietend van de mooie omgeving

De woning werd gedeeld met het echtpaar Thomas en Eva. Vriendelijke en rustige mensen. Dat de woning werd gedeeld stond niet duidelijk in de advertentie. We keken uit op de straat, dat was minder mooi dan uitkijken op de weilanden zoals de fotos ons beloofden.De woning was keurig en schoon.
