Last Minute Labor Day Weekend stay

Cottage was a short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed to rest our heads, take showers and park. Not sure how it would be if we were cooking, but we were out most of the time. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay at the beach

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Two adults and two small kids, and the space worked for us overall. The views of the marsh were lovely, the walk to the beach was a great start and end to the day, and the general store just up the road was a highlight of the trip. We will be back again next year! The only drawbacks or things that I’d want different are a real table- the bar height folding table looks cool but there’s enough space for a small, real table and it would make it so much easier to eat in the cottage, especially with kids. (The kitchen was well supplied with cookinn equipment which was very nice). The mattress in the bedroom leaves something to be desired; it’s not terribly comfortable and a good nights sleep would have helped a bit. Lastly a small, real dresser in the bedroom would be helpful since it’s a week stay and there aren’t laundry facilities- so someplace to store your clothes/belongings. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, enjoyed the cottage (and supplied beach chairs, boogie boards and wagon) and are looking forward to coming back next year.
