From the house, you can radiate out and visit must-see sites in the surrounding area: the Colorado Provençal in Rustrel, the Sentier des Ocres in Roussillon, the Abbaye de Sénanque, the village of Les Bories...


The new single-storey villa of around 120m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, offers you every comfort in the calm and beauty of the countryside.

A welcome booklet will give you the keys to the house.

The light-filled 50m2 living room opens onto the terrace and access to the pool.

Outside, the south-facing terrace features a lounge for sunset aperitifs.
2 chiliennes can be moved to suit your needs.

Stairs lead down to the 4.50x3m swimming pool with its wooden pontoon.
