Beautiful, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Castillo de Santa Clara". In the centre of Torremolinos, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools round (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis. In the house: reception, restaurant, lift. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 500 m, railway station 750 m, sandy beach 50 m. Marina 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark Torremolinos, Benalmadena 2 km, Malaga 18 km, Fuengirola 18 km, Marbella 47 km, Granada 150 km. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Wi-Fi free of charge in the reading room and pool area. Direct access to the beach with lift from the garden. ,Youth groups are not allowed.

Excellent location and nice property

Can't beat the location of this rental. And the view from the balcony are amazing. It has direct beach access, but it does require 3 separate elevators. The main drawback is the absence of wifi in the apartment; so you can't even watch TV except a couple local TV stations.

Superb location with everything you might need a short stroll away. We took the train from the airport to Torremolinos and then a short cab journey to collect the keys to the property. All nice and easy. Nicely surprised to find the pool was open even though we thought it wouldn’t be due to being slightly off season. All in all, very pleased and will not hesitate to book again.

Comfortable clean apartment with amazing view. As we had a late arrival we took the option of being met at the property for €25. This saved us having to go to the office where they have security box. No wifi was a bit of a drawback mainly for parents as they didn't want to go out every night. Comfortable beds. Great power in shower although beading on screen door broken Im usually a solo visitor but if i was coming back as part of a group would definitely stay if free on my dates ag6 No wofi

The location was perfect and the apartment was nice, a little cleanliness could have been a little better. Nordics like to sleep under their own blankets, so there should have been 2 blankets in both beds. the coffee maker was broken, but the broker was also informed about this. I recommend the apartment for couples👍

Apt no. 712 on the last floor was very nice, incredible view. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Well equiped but coffee machine was horrible (should spend a few euros on a new one). Instructions to open the stove should be left in the kitchen, it took us a while to figure out. Also, if a small oven was installed it would have been usefull on our month stay. Location is great. We recommend this place and specially apt no.712.

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Une très belle terrasse. Pour autant, nous n'avons pas eu de wifi de la semaine (nous ne savons pas pourquoi) et avons dû acheter un étendoir à linge car il n'y en avait pas. Par ailleurs, nous avons dû aller chercher les clés à l'agence qui se trouve à 25mn de marche alors qu'il y'a une réception ouverte 24h/24h. Lors d'une autre réservation l'année précédente dans le même immeuble, les clés étaient disponibles à l'accueil!

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment. A gorgeous apartment with a fabulous view from the balcony. It is very centrally located and is directly across the road from the beach. Very helpful, pleasant people at check in. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we definitely hope to return.

El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones y bien equipado. El problema principal es el aparcamiento, que solo está disponible si hay plazas libres, no está garantizado. Para bajar a la playa y al paseo marítimo hace falta una tarjeta, y nos facilitaron una que no funcionaba.

Très bonne situation, mais supermarché un peu éloigné. Vue exceptionnelle. Literie confortable. Super espace piscine. Accès Wi-Fi à la piscine mais pas dans l'appartement. Nous avons loué pour la 2ème fois cet appartement et 4 fois dans l'immeuble. Je recommande.

Ren og fin leilighet med fantastisk utsikt. Kunne vært noe mer kjøkkenutstyr som skjærefjøl, en god brødkniv og en god stekepanne. Ellers helt Ok. Det må også være mere tepper som kan brukes om natta. Det er kun et tynt laken å ha på seg på natten. Det ene soverommet var som en fryseboks og vi måtte derfor anskaffe oss tepper. Badene var fine men gulvet burde vært skrubbet for solkrem fra andre gjester som har vært der før oss. Det var gode senger
