Your Private Bathroom is en-suite with a walk-in closet. Extra pillows, towels, basic toiletries & coffee is provided.

This is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home in SW Portland. Your room has a queen bed with a comfortable luxury mattress. There is a working Desk, office Chair, mini-Fridge, Microwave and a Keurig coffee/tea maker available in your room.

You will find Coffee Creamer, Ceramic Plates, Bowl, Silverware and Napkins available in your room. Extra towels and washcloths are also available in the walk-in closet.

Your large Private Bathroom is en-suite with a Glass walk-in luxury Shower.

There is also a full sized walk-in closet with ample storage space for all your needs. Hairdryer, Ironing board and Iron can be found in the closet area.

The backyard and the patio is sunny and spectacular where you can relax, unwind or have your meal. A large French door lets you into the patio. There is outdoor patio furniture for your use. There is also a pond with a zen peaceful waterfall right outside your patio door.

A gas BBQ grill is available for use in the patio (Please request host for instructions and bbq utensils before using).

You are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and kitchenware, cooking oil, etc. Always cleanup after yourself.

You may also use the dining area located next the kitchen to have your meals.

Laundry facility is available for long term guests (7+ nights).

I live here and work from home. I am easy to reach if you need me.

There is Free/Safe Parking always available right outside the home.

Cozy and comfortable

This rental is a very cozy and well-kept room with French door access to the backyard, which offers places to sit and a small pond to enjoy. Everything about the state was very nice, it’s very comfortable. A couple evenings other voices in the house were a bit loud but I don’t think that’s the routine and think that was just temporary. I would definitely stay here again it worked out good for me in all ways.

An excellent ensuite room

Room and bathroom exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Even in the rain, outside space was perfect. Host was friendly, kind and available. Highly recommend.
