Amazing location! You can see the pool from the back yard and the beach is 2 minutes away. This home is brand new and very roomy with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, living room, 2 dens, windowed sun porch. So many features!

Main floor boasts large kitchen with huge island, den, Living room, dining room, Master suite with king bed with gorgeous ensuite, large glassed-in sunroom and laundry room

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and another den with seating/tv etc. Upper floor has bunk room, King suite and queen room. The home has 4 bedrooms total
