3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, Lake side Cottage community, minutes away from a sandy beach of lake Osoyoos.
The Cottages on Osoyoos lake is the ultimate year-round desert destination with climate that gets one excited to swim, boat, fish, sail, wake board, kayak, hang out late on the beach or explore the environment at and around the Cottages at Lake Osoyoos. Within the vicinity is year-round golfing, hiking trails, wine tasting at award winning wineries and a diverse choice of fine dining.
Cottage is near Mount Baldy, if you're a skier & Area 27 race track and Motorsports Park that offers go cart thrills for the whole family.

The main floor at the cottage has high ceilings with an open and comfortable Great room that is spacious to relax, play games, hang out and watch movies with Netflix, etc. The kitchen & dining area is an open concept and a perfect spot to start the day or enjoy a family meal. The screened-in patio creates a great space to enjoy meals, play cards or relax with friends and family. The out door patio has a Picnic table and a BBQ. The cottage is equipped with an Eco-friendly geothermal system to cool or heat the cottage.
The master bedroom located on the main floor has an en-suite with a Queen bed. The washer and dryer with laundry supplies is also located on the main floor.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, one has Queen sized bed and the other has two queen size beds.
The cottage is located on the northeast of the community and is 2-3 minute walking distance to the clubhouse, the clubhouse is a 2-3 minute walking distance to the beach. As a guest you will also have access to the clubhouse which includes amenities such as two seasonal outdoor pools, year round hot tubs, a fitness studio and more.
The Cottage is available during Fall, Winter & Spring for monthly or longer-term rental, rate quoted for 30 plus nights will have a one time caretaker fee and NO GST & PST .
Long term Winter rental is welcomed.

Clean cottage equipped with all the essentials including bbq & gas fire pit on patio. 10 min walk to lake that was not too busy & 2 min walk to pool. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a really wonderful time in our Osoyoos Cottage rental. It is extremely well appointed, including games, bikes, a wagon to help haul items to the beach, a fire table, beach towels, comfortable beds and kitchen with every gadget or utensil you might need! The sun room was perfect for group breakfasts. The outdoor seating hosted many chats and the whole cottage is very thoughtfully decorated. Thank-you for a truly lovely vacation experience!

Beautiful Property!

Our group of three couples absolutely loved staying at Russell's cottage. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy all of the amenities (beach, pool etc.), but the extensive outdoor space and cathedral-ceilinged great room were perfect for full evenings of conversation with old friends. We'll definitely come again.

Beautiful cottage

The cottage was beautiful and comfortable with all the necessities and extras too. We loved the window seats and the wide open entertaining spaces. Everything was clean and in good working order. Beach is a little far for elderly or mobility challenged people but otherwise, great location. The hosts made themselves available but we didn’t find it necessary to contact them for anything during our stay. Everything was in order and the stay went smoothly. Really enjoyed our vacation here.

A great experience

We had a great time at Russell and Lorraine's cottage in The Cottages on Lake Osoyoos. The cottage is very comfortable and has every amenity you need for a short or long stay. The screened and glassed porch was wonderful, since the sun warmed it most days. Russell was great to deal with, and very quick to respond to questions. All in all, a great vacation, and we will definitely return!!

Fantastic Stay

My family had a great stay at this well equipped and homey “cottage”. Presents as pictured, but main floor is even more impressive when you walk in because of an extremely high vaulted ceiling. On site was a nice pool area and beach - overall a very charming complex that was family friendly and close to Osoyoos and many wineries. My girls (10 and 12) asked to come back before we had left, and we have booked a week for next summer. As others have mentioned, the owner Russel is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a nice visit.

Perfect home away from home

We just returned from the most delightful stay at this cottage. Everything was top notch. Very clean, beautifully decorated, everything that we needed plus more. Russell was great to deal with. We had no issues at all. The gated community itself was very nice, quiet and safe and was wonderful for walking outside enjoying the fresh air. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place to Stay in Osoyoos

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Russel's property in Osoyoos. Comfortable beds and lots of beddings and towels. Short walk to the playground, pool and beach. Could have stayed much longer! Everything was as described in the listing and the additional space in the garage was much appreciated. Thanks for a great vacay!
