Beachfront Bungalow was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view couldn’t be any better. It was just a short walk to access the beach. I would recommend this condo. Very nice!

Pre-Easter Getaway

We loved our stay at the condo. Even though these bungalows are small, 124's remodeling and decor make it feel nice and airy. We found that it was well-equipped for the little cooking that we did. Overall the condos are pretty quiet, and we didn't hear too much noise from our neighbors above us or to the side, which is always a plus. We loved being so close to the ocean, but due to the high winds during our stay, the tides were extremely high, so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We will definitely plan a return trip for later this year!

Just an amazing place where you cannot get any closer to the beach! Amazing views, clean place that had everything that we needed for our impromptu weekend getaway! Smooth check-in, and again, the views from the balcony was marvelous! We only wished that we could’ve stayed longer! But we will definitely be back as soon as we’ can!

Amazing!

Absolutely perfect spot

The location was absolutely gorgeous! When they say right on the water, they mean RIGHT on the water! Marc was also very welcoming and was great with communication, there was a small hiccup due to unforeseen circumstances, but Marc was sure to make things right! Absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway that couldn’t get closer to the beach without literally being in the water. Will definitely be coming back!

It was a good stay for the price. Nothing fancy. The carpet in the bathroom was dirty and the couch was uncomfortable. Other than that it was good.

Fall beach time

My cousins and I decided on a fall getaway to rest, relax and catch up with each other. The stay was comfortable and peaceful. When we saw a place being built across the street, we were concerned about noise. However, that concern was squashed when we got in the unit. We spent a lot of time on the deck, watching and listening to the ocean as we visited.

Amazing Anniversary Getaway!

This was the most relaxing trip my husband and I have been on in a long time. We spent our 9th Wedding Anniversary in this adorable condo. We loved it so much that we booked another night! Immediately upon arrival, we could smell the cleanliness of the room. It was a quaint area with a nice kitchen. After opening the back door, we saw dolphins swimming! They would return in the morning and evening each day we were there! Marc was very prompt with answering any questions, and was extremely kind. We will most definitely be returning in the future!

We were informed the day of checking that the electrical system was being worked on that day and should be completed by 4:00 p.m. which was fine the work was completed that day we were not notified that they would continue to resume their work throughout our stay. We went without power for the two days we were there. It was our anniversary we couldn't shower we didn't have hot water we didn't have heat or air we were not able to make breakfast pretty much the only use the bungalow was it was shelter. When I communicated this to the property owners they said they were not notified by their HOA and had no idea that the work would continue as an offer for my inconvenience the property manager said he was 50 bucks go get yourself a nice anniversary dinner. That was very insulting most of us can't get an anniversary dinner for 50 bucks. I said if you make it 100 we got a deal property owner wouldn't do it says he wasn't authorized. Needless to say we made the best of our anniversary that evening we spent a lot of money on a room that we really couldn't stay in. In the end this particular property will no longer be on my list of go to places.

Obviously she is a self entitled person. I had no notification from the HOA or the power company that they were coming out to change the meters on the whole building of 30 condominiums. The power company told me that it would only take a couple hours and would be on by 4:00 p.m. she went out and talked to them directly and heard the same answer. No one else affected by the power company complained. When you pay $80 a night for two nights and I offer a $50 credit that should be very generous. I'm not giving her free room and board like this self important child wanted. Situations like this are beyond the hosts control, just like the weather. My 500 reviews across 10 platforms have a 4.8 star rating. That should say it all.

Ocean Front Paradise

My husband and I decided last minute on a Topsail fishing trip. I didn't think it would be possible to find a nice place to stay in just a few hours. Boy, was I wrong. Carolina Escapes reached out to us within a few minutes of messaging them. Not only did they have a nice place but, they were willing to accommodate us on our schedule. As we were not able to get there until later that night. We were skeptical because it seemed to good to be true. But, it was just as pictured and described. We stayed Friday night until Tuesday morning. And we did not want to leave. The condo was VERY clean. Dehumidifiers running in the condo kept it free of moisture. And the AC kept us comfy. Everything you need is in this condo. Just bring your clothes and bathing suits. It is DIRECT Oceanfront. When the King Tides rolled in at high tide, it came in to the steps. We just walked around the Condos to the North and enjoyed all of the beach area there. Other times, we just sat on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. I must say, this condo exceeded our expectations. Just book it. You'll love it!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was unbelievable! I couldn't imagine a better time away from home! It was just so peaceful. And they owners check in and make sure you're doing ok and see if you need anything. We would definitely do this again!
