The place is just as pictured. It is really and I mean really close to water. My kids (teenagers) enjoyed this very much. The stay was comfortable and clean. The property is closer to the end of the North Topsail, so pretty quiet area. The property offers fenced tennis court at which we played pickleball (we brought out equipment). The room also came with beach chairs to use and comfortable balcony chairs to sit and enjoy the evening/sunset. So peaceful.
